Elise Édouard Gourmet Marshmallows are handcrafted in Sydney using only the highest
quality ingredients. 100% natural, gluten and wheat free with NO artificial flavouring,
food colouring or chemical preservatives.
Base ingredients for all marshmallows:
Raw sugar, gelatin, glucose, coconut oil, corn starch, icing sugar.
Unlike any other marshmallow, we only use:
Grass Fed Beef Gelatin
Belgian Couverture Dark Chocolate
Gabriel Australian Roasted Coffee
